Assistant Manager - Sourcing and Contracts Admin Support.
Role Purpose
Execute Sourcing Support and Contracts Administration responsibilities within WNS contracted scope of work
Perform day-to-day processing responsibilities within following Performance Measurement dimensions (BAU criteria)
Achieve monthly accuracy score of 99.5% for all individual processing tasks performed (Pre-RFX Support, Ariba trainings for Client Users
Tender Bulletin assistance, Inoxico/SRV checks, Perform LPS and E-Auctions for CMAC and Client auctions and related Reporting,
SCOC follow-ups and monthly
Report publishing any other tasks which the Client Sourcing Consultant/Lead may request
Achieve monthly TAT score of 100% for individual processing
Zero instance of repeat processing error (identical error type) during a rolling quarter.
Not more than 1 escalation during a rolling quarter
Additional Dimensions:
Refresh of Process SOPs/WIMs/Process Checklists with all recent process changes - once in every quarter
Active participation in 1 Community of Practice (CoP) session - from building content and delivering process training to Client Sourcing/End User Community; once every quarter.
Ideate and implement 1 Process Improvement / Automation / Re-engineering initiative (E2E) bi-annuallyd.
Uptake 2 Adhoc Reporting tasks within Sourcing Support and Contracts admin function
Qualifications
Qualifications Required
Preferred:
Driver license and own transport is essential
Procurement and/or Sourcing Certification
Process improvement certification
Experience Required:
xefx82xb7 Sound knowledge of SAP (all modules) and Ariba platforms will be advantageous
xefx82xb7 Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
xefx82xb7 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically in areas such as Procurement Sourcing and Contracting processes.
xefx82xb7 Must have worked in a client facing environment for at least 3 years.
xefx82xb7 Process improvement experience (Lean Six Sigma methodologies) preferred
xefx82xb7 Exposure to Automation technology preferred
