In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and analyse both Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing initiatives and campaigns. Your primary focus will be on driving brand awareness and achieving company targets for hardware, software, and accessories.

About You:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on consumer technology.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing messages.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing marketing data and drawing actionable insights.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the marketing landscape and industry trends.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems analytics platforms, and content management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the senior marketing manager to plan and execute captivating marketing campaigns for our gaming brands, including Mario, Pokxc3xa9mon, and the Switch Console.
  • Analyse marketing performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in implementing digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, and design to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Support in managing the marketing budget to optimise spend and maximise impact across campaigns.
  • Maintain brand identity across all messaging and visuals to ensure consistency and recognition.
  • Plan and coordinate exciting events and promotions that engage and excite our gaming community.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling marketing content that resonates with our audience and inspires action.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the customer experience and service offering for our gaming brands.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.
