Job Summary Duties:Preparation of food in line with company standards
Ensuring that the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen is of the highest standard
Correct use and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Maintaining fridges and stores to the highest hygiene and stock rotation standards
Training and Development in terms of kitchen skills
Portion control
Responsible for all the room service orders during night.
Breakfast preparation and all other night shift preparationsRequirements:Qualification from a culinary school
Previous experience in 5* hotel in similar position
Ability to work well in a team.
Excellent listening and communication skills
Knowledge of best practices for safety and hygiene
Passion for delivering great food and service.
Eager to learn and employ new skill sets.
