:Assistant Process Manager - RiverfieldsKey Responsibilities:
Managing and leading a team within the DC environment
Ensuring correct and smooth processes according to the SOP process
Ensure KPIs are met (with a key focus on UPH, CPU and accuracy)
Ensure weekly and monthly presentation and compiled and reported
Management of staff (performance, disciplines, and empowerment) is adhered to
Monitoring of all business reports and feedback to the business on progress
Build relationships with business partners including potential improvement opportunities as well as highlighting all hold back aged stock to be re-routed.
Manage Hold back and cycle counts
Making sure all materials handling equipment is operational and maintained.
Making sure DC Operational process compliance in their sphere of responsibility is adhered to and identify improvements (BOP)
Workforce planning
Ensure improvement of SLA's and daily/weekly/monthly targets
Investigate, monitor and report all returns to DC and inventory accuracy.
Investigate all claims against the DC and work closely with the Claims analyst.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous Management and/or Supply Chain Industry related qualification
A team player who is engaging and can communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Ability to handle high pressure, stress and ability to multi-task essential for success
Good analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
High attention to detail
High energy and motivation
Ability to work independently
Good admin skills
Working knowledge of MS Office, ideally with a good MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint capability
Experience in working on a Warehouse Management System
Willing to work overtime when required
