Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing all lodge operations to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team across various departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage
  • Support financial management, cost control, and budget planning
  • Ensure all operational and maintenance issues are proactively managed
  • Drive staff training and development to uphold service excellence
  • Handle guest relations and resolve any concerns with professionalism
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years experience in a 5-star lodge or luxury hotel in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional guest relations and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
  • Hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a remote lodge setting with flexibility in work hours
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
