SIMONSTOWN. Must have OWN TRANSPORT and a minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience in an A la Carte restaurant. Seafood knowledge and advantage. Must live in surrounding areas and able to work shifts.
A reliable, punctual and hard worker, honest and good work ethic all essential, references will be conducted. Manage staff, stock takes, admin and Point of Sale experience is all part of the position. Opening and closing procedures, including cash ups.
