Junior Restaurant Manager
, you will be part of a team responsible for leading our front-of-house, ensuring impeccable service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You will work closely with the whole team to enhance the guest experience and drive business success.Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
? Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain excellence in service
? Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and ambience
? Handle guest feedback with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
3 years of experience
in a high-end restaurant or fine-dining establishment Strong leadership and management skills with a hands-on approach Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressureMust have own transport
