About the Role
As
Junior Restaurant Manager
, you will be part of a team responsible for leading our front-of-house, ensuring impeccable service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. You will work closely with the whole team to enhance the guest experience and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
? Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain excellence in service
? Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and ambience
? Handle guest feedback with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
3 years of experience
in a high-end restaurant or fine-dining establishment
Strong leadership and management skills with a hands-on approach
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Must have own transport
due to late finishing times
