are in search of an extremely refined, energetic, highly organized and polished

ASSISTANT RESTAURANT / FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

to oversee daily operations at this very esteemed award-winning Eat Out Restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS:



- Qualification in food service/Hospitality Management with a passion for FOOD & WINE & excellent knowledge of SA Wine Industry

- 4-6 years Restaurant Management or Sommeliering experience in top quality / elegant restaurants and wine estates / 5hotels
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, POS Lightspeed & Back of House Systems

- Well presented, service focused, engaging personality, with the ability to deal with clientele

- Ability to handle high-stress situations and work under pressure

- Effective delegator / able to solve problems and find solutions

- Shows attention to detail, must be self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills while juggling multiple responsibilities

- Flexible and physically fit - able to work long hours on your feet, on weekends and holidays

- Exceptional knowledge of Fine Dining Cuisine, Food and Beverages, including bar and wine varieties

- Positive personality who focused on motivating and managing the team

- Strong leadership skills & ability to motivate staff by example

- Excellent Management, Admin, Planning & Stock Control Control Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R26000,00 - R30000,00 per month
