If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.Assistant Restaurant Manager Position will be responsible for assigned food and beverage/culinary operations. Ensuring that our oversees guests and employees' satisfactions are high, maintaining high standards of the restaurant and meeting or exceeding financial goals. Areas of responsibility include the Bull Run Restaurant and Hotel Bars. Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility. Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan.CORE WORK ACTIVITIES:
