As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless guest experience. You'll manage a dedicated team, support the Restaurant Manager with operational duties, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Your role will also involve training and developing the restaurant staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing stock levels, and assisting with guest satisfaction initiatives.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a fine dining environment.
A relevant qualification in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
