Your ability to foster teamwork, encourage personal accountability, and promote staff engagement and retention is vital to our restaurant's success.You will oversee a wide range of responsibilities from managing staff processes such as personal presentation, recruitment, performance, and conduct to overseeing the daily restaurant operations, including bookings, stock ordering and control, restaurant preparation, cleaning and hygiene protocols, service, and cash ups.Along with your Matric Certificate, you have a qualification from a recognised South African or International Educational Institution and have completed Cape Wine Academy, WSET or Cocktail Bar courses.
