Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Matric
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
