The ideal candidate will assist in managing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all guests receive a world-class experience in a serene and luxurious environment.DescriptionGuest Experience: Support the Spa Manager in ensuring every guest is treated with personalised care, addressing any concerns or special requests with efficiency and warmth.Operational Support: Assist in overseeing the daily functions of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.Team Support: Work closely with the Spa Manager to recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver top-tier services. Assist in managing staff schedules and conducting performance reviews.Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest trends in luxury spa treatments and products, helping to educate the team and suggest improvements or additions to the spa menu.Administrative Duties: Utilise spa management software for booking appointments, managing client records, and tracking inventory. Support the Spa Manager in financial management tasks, including budgeting and expense control.Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Somatology or similar
• 3 years luxury spa experience
