Job Summary Northern Cape To facilitate training at Mine and conduct on-the-job assessments and evaluations to determine competence, which includes but not limited to: Training facilitation and presentation Delegate supervision Course development and maintenance Operator evaluation and assessment Data capturing SHERQ adherence and compliance Work Ethics QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 ODETDP Level 4 Certificate (NQF Level 4 120 credits) Assessor : Unit standard 115753 (NQF Level 5 15 credits) EXPERIENCE Minimum of one (2) year operational Training and Facilitation experience Minimum of two (2) years operational Load and Haul Surface mining experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Computer Literacy Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Mining processes Operational knowledge of surface mining earth moving vehicles Procedures Operational knowledge of all health and safety procedures Statutory Basic knowledge of Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) Presenting and facilitating Present theoretical and practical training to trainees in understandable manner Communicate with learners Simulations Train and assess operators using various simulators Competency assessments Train operators on Dover system and assess for competence OTHER REQUIREMENTS Medically fit Drivers licenseBelmar PersonnelRecruiter
