Job Description
Hire Resolve's client, a well-established mining company is currently looking for an Assistant Training Officer specializing in Load and Haul to join their team in the Northern CapeResponsibilities:
- Developing and delivering effective training programs for Load and Haul operators
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify training needs
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
- Grade 12
- ODETDP Level 4
- Assessor and Moderator Certificate
- 3 years' experience in Load and Haul operations in Surface Mining
- 3 years' experience in operational training and facilitation.
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
