About the RoleAs the Assistant Vice President within the IT Infrastructure department, you will take full ownership of IT service delivery and manage a large, multi-functional team. Your responsibilities include client portfolio management, driving service excellence, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to deliver innovative IT solutions, ensuring high standards of compliance and security.Key Requirements
  • Graduate degree required (BE/BTech preferred) with certifications in ITIL, ITSM, or PMP;
  • 8 to 12 years of experience managing IT service delivery for large client relationships (800+ seats);
  • Expertise in IT service management, business relationship management, and large team leadership;
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 support environment to meet global client needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage key client accounts from an IT service delivery perspective, ensuring seamless service;
  • Service Management & Delivery: Lead service delivery reviews, ensuring adherence to SLAs and managing ongoing projects;
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a large IT team to ensure operational excellence and business alignment;
  • Business Value Creation: Identify and implement service improvement initiatives, driving productivity and cost control;
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, working with audit teams;
  • Client Engagement: Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, clearly communicating delivery expectations;
  • Incident Management: Maintain a database of major incidents for future reference and improvement initiatives.
