Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, escort them to their tables and present menus- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner- Ensure tables are set up properly and maintained throughout service- Assist with the preparation of tables for special occasions and events- Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional service at all times- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic dining environment- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Head Waiter or Restaurant ManagerQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working at sea
