- Minimum two years experience in a similar role
- Assisting in the maintenance and repair of machinery
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues with equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
- Assisting in the upkeep of workshop tools and equipment.
- Collaborating with other team members to complete projects on time.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while working in the workshop.
- Understanding of machinery
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail to ensure repairs are conducted accurately.
- Effective communication skills to work as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work
- Fluent in Afrikaans
- Must reside in the Western Cape.
