Job Description
ASSISTENT SILO BESTUURDERKern doel van die pos:Staan Silo Bestuurder by in effektiewe bestuur van silo ten einde winsgewendheid te verseker.Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12;
- 4 Jaar Graan/Silo ondervinding;
- Berokings kursus voltooi;
- Gradeeringskursusse voltooi;
- Vorige ondervinding in effektiewe toesighouding en/of bestuur van personeel;
- Ondervinding in die bestuur van begrotings en kostes;
- Geldige rybewys.
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig;
- Sterk administratiewe vaardighede en organisasie vermoe;
- Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Sterk leierseienskappe;
- Goeie kennis van die mark en besigheidsomgewing;
- Bestuur Silo teenoor Begroting;
- Bestuur van personeel;
- Bestuur van Klixc3xabntediens;
- Verseker gesonde finansixc3xable bestuur en praktyke binne die afdeling;
- Bestuur silo administratiewe funksies.
- Grade 12;
- 4 years Grain/Silo experience;
- Fumigation certificate;
- Grain grading certificates completed;
- Previous experience is the supervision and/or management of staff;
- Experience in the management of budgets and costs;
- Valid drivers license.
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Computer literate;
- Strong administrative skills and organisation ability;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Sound knowledge of the market and business environment;
- Business insight.
- Manage Silo according to Budget;
- Management of Staff;
- Management of Customer Service;
- Ensure sound financial management and practices within the division;
- Manage Silo administrative functions;
