REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed degree with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in matters involving National Credit Act
  • Extensive experience with Collections
  • Emphasis on dealings with Home Loans
  • Own vehicle and drivers licence.
DUTIES
  • Manage collections
  • Handling legal cases
  • Managing matters involving the National Credit Act
  • Legal research
  • Dealing with Home Loans
  • Drafting relevant documentation
  • Manage client meetings
  • Extensive client liaison
  • Assisting with court appearances
