Are you an Associate Attorney who has three to five years extensive experience in Collections, with emphasis on Home Loans and advanced knowledge of the NCA.Our clients very well-established legal firm based in Cape Town CBD requires your expertise to join their highly successful team.REQUIREMENTS
- Completed degree with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience
- Advanced knowledge and experience in matters involving National Credit Act
- Extensive experience with Collections
- Emphasis on dealings with Home Loans
- Own vehicle and drivers license.
- Manage collections
- Handling legal cases
- Managing matters involving the National Credit Act
- Legal research
- Dealing with Home Loans
- Drafting relevant documentation
- Manage client meetings
- Extensive client liaison
- Assisting with court appearances
