Also, working with a sister Siemens company, can provide all the control electronics and drives to provide a complete factory automation solution.About the role:As an Associate Consultant, you will join a professional, dynamic and successful delivery team, responsible for providing support and consultancy throughout CAD and PLM project lifecycles and will be working on projects on the forefront of innovation within industries from Consumer-Packaged Goods through Aerospace & Defence. You will be undertaking a wide range of activities. Interaction and collaborating with customers are vital to support the management of technical and process expectations whilst demonstrating technical and industry best practice and experience to help improve productivity and efficiency through the adoption of PLM technologies.Area of Responsibility

• Meeting agreed utilisation targets and adhere to Business administration and guidelines.
• Understanding and contribute to project and work stream goals to ensure successful customer engagement.
• Providing information and feedback to internal or external customers in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner ensuring that key messages are communicated effectively.
• Working with extended teams, supporting requirement gathering and process workshops to understand and contribute to the alignment of CAD and PLM solutions.
• Installation and configuration of core portfolio products and, where required, use of the proprietary toolkit to undertake customisation tasks.
• Working with key stakeholders and customers to ensure successful adoption of solutions and realization of value.
• Creation of quality documentation.

About you:The ideal candidate for the Associate Consultant role at SIEMENS DISW South Africa is a diligent and proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for innovation and technology. They should be organized, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and eager to learn and contribute with your qualifications & experience in the following:

• Experience of supporting CAD Software in customer environments, preferably Siemens NX
• A degree or equivalent experience Engineering or IT related field.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Teammate who can work well with all people, including engineers and senior managers.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and expectations.
• Self-starter who can show initiative and work autonomously when required.
• Willingness and drive to learn and develop.
