An exciting sector, the Energy and Power team is a fast growing area of the business working with clients in the traditional energy space, as well as renewable energy.We will count on you to:Maintain quality in all areas of client deliverables, including monitoring delivery and invoicing to ensure client is satisfied.Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards; (Client First Principles)Execute renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with placement colleagues in accordance with client instructions.Use risk experience to perform critical client functions, including: evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines.Partner with more senior Account Managers to retain and generate new business by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.Strive to meet sales goals and works with more senior Account Managers to expand the book of business.Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.Serve as a client contact and responds to difficult client needs and questions to improve the client experience.Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market condition and understands and comply with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients.What you need to have:Bachelors degree in the relevant fieldMin 5 years of experience in insurance sectorStrong communication skills, cross-functional team working perspective, detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking ability and planning skillsMS Excel will be an advantageGood communication skills in English, both written and spoken
