The school offers a wide range of formal academic programmes including undergraduate and a large postgraduate unit, as well as a range of professional programmes and research projects, some of which are tailored to meet client's needs.The successful candidate for Associate Lecturer will be responsible for the following key performance areas:

  • Facilitate learning and teaching at undergraduate level in Public Administration or related field
  • Academic administration
  • Conduct research in Public Administration
  • Undertake Honours level supervision
  • Participate in community engagement and outreach
Minimum Requirements
  • Master's degree in the field of Public Administration
  • Tutoring and/or facilitation experience
Added Advantages:
  • Registered for a PHD in Public Administration
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating learning and teaching in Public Administration
Key Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Presentation and facilitation skills
  • Student focused approach
  • Adaptability and the ability to operate in a diverse environment
  • Computer literacy and e-learning skills
  • Technical professional knowledge and skills in the discipline
