Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for VAS systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VAS platforms.
• Monitor system performance and generate improvement reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver VAS requirements.
• Conduct system audits and maintenance to ensure data integrity and security.
• Assist in deploying and integrating new VAS features and services.
• Document support processes and provide user training on VAS systems.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in technical support or engineering, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of VAS systems and applications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
• Familiarity with database management and network systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in the Cape Town Southern Suburbs for at least 3 days a week.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with integration and deployment of VAS, Financial Services and Cellular Services features.
• Knowledge of security protocols and data protection practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
