Eastern Cape, Port ElizabethCommensurate with experience - Monthly Cost To Company (Market related)Our client in the Legal Sector is currently looking to employ an Admitted Attorney (Senior Associate) in their Litigation Department, based in Port Elizabeth.Requirements:
- Completed vocational training.
- Admitted Attorney with at least 4 years post-articles experience.
- Right of appearance in the High Court.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Solid understanding of drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Appear in the High Court.
- Handle litigation in the High Court, particularly in RAF, medical negligence, and general litigation matters.
- Complete all legal administrative tasks.
- Assist with legal research.
- Draft legal documents and contracts.
- Consult with counsel.
- Conduct client consultations.
- Handle taxation of bills.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confidential.
- Organised.
- Time management.
