Job SummaryWe are seeking a confident, playful, and energetic au pair to support two brothers, aged 5 and 3.The ideal candidate should be organized, gentle, and proactive, with a natural ability to connect with young children.The right person will be kind, patient, and compassionate, enjoying activities such as educational play, creative arts and crafts, floor-time, and outdoor adventures. They should be enthusiastic about finding fun and meaningful ways to engage and stimulate the boys' growing minds.The 5-year-old has a great imagination and loves animals, snakes, and building with Lego. His younger brother is passionate about farm animals, puzzles, music, and creative construction activities. Both boys thrive outdoors and love spending time playing outside.Main Purpose of the job:To be a helping hand for their unique and specific support needs, creating child-specific, play-based learning opportunities, and giving them the necessary guidance and support to thrive. A special interest and passion in neurodiversity and being a secure, long-term source of support are of the utmost importance.The candidate will be trained by the NDC Facilitation Academy and thereafter receive personalised support from a registered counsellor for up to 4-6 weeks, working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team based at the Neurodiversity Centre.Job Objectives:
