Qualifications and requirements:BCom Accounting or equivalent at SAICA accredited university
Completed SAICA articles
Strong leadership skills
High Technical ability (IFRS, ISA, TAX)
Caseware
Own Transport with valid drivers licenseKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing financial statements (IFRS)
- Auditing and file reviewing
- Ensuring audit quality
- Managing SAICA audit clerks
- Training & coaching SAICA trainees
- Leading audit team & dealing with clients
- Managing multiple audits & supervising staff
- Liaising on audit matters
- Assisting in evaluations
- Full report writing & managing billings
- Meeting BVSA standards & managing fees
- Managing working capital
