Our client in the mining industry is looking for Auto Electricians based in Mpumalanga, Lydenburg:Job specific requirements:

• Education xe2x80x93 Minimum Grade 10/Grade 12 advantageous
• Certification: Red Seal - Auto Electrician
• Experience: 3-5 years in a mining environment, with specific experience in auto electrical systems on Sandvik, GHH, AARD
• Physical Fitness: Must be fit to obtain a medical certificate of fitness and declared fit to work on a mine.
• Skills: Competent in auto electrical systems, including diagnostics, repair, and maintenance, ensuring safe and effective operations in a mining environment.
• Competent B certificate xe2x80x93 Underground Hard rock operations
• Medical Certificate of Fitness to work Underground
• Good communication skills
• Clean Criminal record

Responsibilities:

• Participate in maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems of mining machinery, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.
• Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve electrical issues.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, circuits, and equipment.
• Adhere to maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and provide support when needed.
• Able to work to deadlines and remain effective under pressure
• A teamwork mentality to achieve results
• Effective listener with well-developed interpersonal skills

Salary
Fixed Income

• Basic salary R 40 800.00

Gross Income R 55 200.00Other income/variable

• Conops Allowance (Rules apply) R 7 200,00
• Bonus: You may qualify for a monthly incentive subject to targets are met according to the companyxe2x80x99s bonus structure.

Bonus at 100% of target equates to R 8 000.00 (First 3 months 60 % of fixed Bonus)Company Contribution/benefits:

• Compulsory Momentum health 4 me (employee only) xe2x80x93 employees with own medical proof to be submitted
• Compulsory - 50% of basic will be a pensionable salary on which a total of 3.75% will be contributed towards a Provident/death and Funeral benefit-(employee to contribute 3.75%)
