Job Description


Duties/Requirements:

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical control systems for industrial automation applications, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), and motion control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility with existing equipment.
  • Develop PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and SCADA configurations to control and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Implement motion control algorithms for robotics, conveyors, and other automated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug automation software and hardware issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Propose and implement automation enhancements to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects, providing recommendations for implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, function block diagram.
  • Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols such as Siemens.
  • Strong understanding of electrical control systems, motor control principles, and power distribution.
