Automation Engineer
Job Description
Youll be responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning automation systems, troubleshooting control processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions.Youll be working with Siemens (S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300), Rockwell (ControlLogix, MicroLogix), Schneider (M340/M580), or Omron PLCs, along with SCADA systems such as WINCC, Aveva/Wonderware, or Ignition. - Degree in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Alternatively, a Masters Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in PLC & HMI programming/commissioning, working with:
- Siemens S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300
- Rockwell ControlLogix, MicroLogix
- Schneider M340/M580
- Omron
- 3- 5 years of experience in SCADA systems, including:
- WINCC
- Aveva/Wonderware
- Ignition
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for project work
