Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Design & Implement: Create innovative automation systems to increase efficiency and quality in production processes.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life.
- Troubleshoot & Optimize: Diagnose and solve automation issues, ensuring smooth, error-free operation.
- Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by researching new technologies and methods to enhance our automation capabilities.
- Lead & Inspire: Play a key role in project development, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.
- EU Passport (required)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or control systems.
- Proficiency in programming PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.), HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.
- A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel across the EU for project deployments (up to 50%).
