Known for their flexible Platform as a Service offerings, the company empowers businesses to leverage technology in ways that drive real-world results.THE ROLE:As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for automating existing test scripts to improve testing efficiency and quality in a data-intensive environment. You will play a key role in advancing the automation framework by promoting coding best practices, such as code reviews, reusable test components, and efficient test data management, ultimately driving the maturity of the testing environment.In this role, you will be responsible for automating web and API tests. The current environment uses Robot Framework with Python for test script development. You will also perform database checks and conduct manual testing to gain a deeper understanding of what and how tests should be automated.REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:ISTQB or ISEB Certification5+ years' experience in test automationExperience with Robot Framework and Python for automated test script development (Selenium or Playwright is also acceptable).Proficiency in SQL for database validationsKnowledge of data-driven automation approaches and best coding practicesUnderstanding of object-oriented programming for easier maintenance
