Engage in customer follow-ups and prospecting activities to boost workshop workload.
Accurately capture and update information in Evolve.
Address customer complaints effectively, escalating to management as needed.
Provide general administrative support.
Maintain and organize records.
Complete daily activity sheets.
Assist the Receptionist with switchboard duties during lunch breaks.
Adhere to the dress code and always maintain professional grooming.
Execute any additional reasonable tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Prior administration experience, preferably within a dealership environment
PC Literate Evolve experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reside within the Gauteng Northern Suburbs or nearby
