Key Responsibilities:
Acquire thorough knowledge of our products and services, focusing on the B2B and ISP sectors, to enhance sales efforts.
Conduct detailed research to continually refresh our lead database with high-potential prospects.
Initiate outbound calling campaigns to forge new business connections.
Qualify leads through direct engagement, assessing their potential and fit.
Implement targeted email marketing strategies to engage prospects and key accounts.
Maintain CRM accuracy, ensuring data integrity for effective follow-up and relationship management.
Utilize market intelligence, surveys, and research to pinpoint new lead opportunities.
Work closely with current customers to fully understand their needs, aiming for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Provide vital support to sales and marketing teams by ensuring the ready availability of updated sales materials.
Explore and analyze various channels for lead generation, pursuing promising sales leads.
Foster and enhance the relationship with the existing client base through continuous engagement and outstanding service.
