B2B Marketing Specialist

to join our team!

If you're a LinkedIn marketing expert, a lead generation specialist, and a creative professional this role is for you. You'll engage senior decision-makers, craft compelling campaigns, and play a key role in driving the success of our events.

What You'll Do

Speaker & Sponsor Marketing

Develop and execute engaging campaigns that encourage speakers and sponsors to promote their sessions. Design marketing kits with key messaging, visuals, and social media content to make it easy for them to share their involvement. Create excitement and boost event visibility through strategic collaboration with speakers and sponsors.
LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation

Develop and implement effective LinkedIn B2B marketing strategies. Create high-impact content, including posts, articles, infographics, and videos. Generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn's organic tools and InMail. Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers to drive business opportunities. Track campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise for better results.
Website & SEO (Bonus!)

Keep event pages updated with fresh, compelling content (WordPress experience a plus). Work with the team to implement SEO best practices and enhance user experience.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

Must

have a track record of growing a B2B network on LinkedIn. Strong content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling copy and design engaging visuals. In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's algorithms, analytics, and best practices. Proficiency in Canva, InDesign, and other design tools. Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging senior-level professionals. A data-driven mindset, comfortable tracking performance and making strategic decisions. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
