Title BA ConsultantWe are looking for a person to perform Business Analysis and Data Analysis of complex requirements in a Big Data environment, collaborating with Data Scientists, Solutions Architects and Data Engineers to provide data solutions that provide insights to make business decisions.Responsibilities

• Business analysis of complex requirements, in a Big Data environment
• Problem solving and Diagnostic work
• Verification of Data Ingestion requests. Perform Data Mapping for data ingestion.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Solutions Architects and Data Engineers to resolve business and functional issues
• Creating relevant documentation for new features such as BRS, ICDs and test plans
• Reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business and systems processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
• Facilitating Business and Functional Design sessions and various meetings with product owners
• Facilitate functional sessions with the technical teams.
• Taking responsibility to assist Data Scientists and Data Engineers to resolves issues
• Understanding the data challenges of the project team and the client
• Daily monitoring of dashboard and report errors
• Keeping abreast of industry developments in area of expertise
• Consistently delivering high quality service to clients

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verification and acceptance of Data Ingestion requests. Perform Data Mapping for data ingestion.

Educational Qualifications:

• N. Diploma or B-Tech / Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering degree
• Business Analysis course/Certification (Highly beneficial)

Experience

• 3+ yearsxe2x80x99 work experience as a Business Analyst
• Data Analyst experience
• Working experience using SQL
• Experience contributing to the development life cycle for Agile software development

• SQL
• Ability to facilitate sessions with a various levels and disciplines of people
• Good MS Excel skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
