Key Responsibilities:
? Track shipments and ensure timely updates.
? Liaise with customers regarding back orders and deliveries.
? Prepare and process shipment orders.
? Generate and maintain back-order reports.
? Release back orders efficiently.
? Compile customer reports as required.
? Coordinate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative, logistics, or order-processing role is advantageous
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
High attention to detail and accuracy
