The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving sales. - Manage and supervise all bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality baked goods and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals.
- Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A degree or certification in baking or culinary arts is a plus.
