We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bakery Manager to oversee daily operations in our bakery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving sales. - Manage and supervise all bakery staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals.
- Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A degree or certification in baking or culinary arts is a plus.
