• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding account balances, services, and bank products.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and verify transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and report any suspicious activities or potential fraud in accordance with bank policies.
• Promote bank products and services that meet customer needs, enhancing their banking experience.
• Provide documentation and support for account openings and other banking services.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to compliance and security protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience as a bank teller or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong numerical and cash handling skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
