- Plan, organize, and execute flawless banquets and events in accordance with guest expectations.
- Lead and motivate the banqueting team to deliver exceptional service.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee setup, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service.
- Contribute to pre-opening preparations, including staff training and venue setup.
- Proven experience in banqueting or event management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work early and late shifts as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering memorable experiences.
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning.
