Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth service delivery.
• Lead, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring top-quality service and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and maintain a creative, high-quality drinks menu that aligns with customer preferences and current trends.
• Monitor bar inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implement promotions and special events to drive bar sales and increase guest engagement.
• Manage cash handling and daily financial reconciliation of the bar.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to meet overall business objectives and improve service quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within a restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, including drink preparation, inventory control, and cost management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for mixology, excellent customer service, and a keen eye for detail.
• In-depth knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail trends, and alcohol laws.
• A responsible attitude towards alcohol service and customer safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Certification in bartending or a hospitality-related qualification is a plus.
