Job Summary

Preparing Coffee and Other Beverages: Brew coffee, espresso, and prepare specialty drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffees.
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a positive experience.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the cafxc3xa9 clean, including wiping down counters, cleaning machines, and ensuring the overall space is tidy.
Operating Equipment: Use espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment properly and safely.
Stocking and Inventory: Ensure ingredients and supplies are stocked, and communicate with the manager if something is low.
Handling Cash and Payments: Process payments, manage cash register, and handle customer transactions.
Teamwork: Work with other staff members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy hours.
Following Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure food and beverage safety standards are followed, including hygiene practices and proper food handling.
