The employee will be responsible for the delivery of all products according to set quality standards and in line with corporate culture and regulations. This position will be customer facing and it is essential that the applicant maintains strong working relationships and communication with customers and colleagues at all times. The ideal candidate is a vibrant individual who is strong with people, is technically competent as a barista, can cope with pressure, has strong communication skills and is well structured.
