DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets guests and presents them with the menu Informs guests about the special items for the day and menu changes if any Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently Understands and can communicate about the products available Flexible working hours as well as available to work weekends and Public holidays as per operational requirements Required to work rostered shifts and irregular hours as per operational requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
High school or equivalent education Min of 2 years' experience in fast pace environment Excellent communication skills Positive interpersonal skills Upselling Skills
