Job SummaryJob Title: B-BBEE Advisory SpecialistJob Overview:We are looking for a skilled and experienced B-BBEE Advisory Specialist to provide expert guidance on Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) compliance, strategy, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the B-BBEE Act, Codes of Good Practice, and relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• B-BBEE Compliance: Guide clients on B-BBEE compliance requirements, perform gap analyses, and create action plans for improvement.
• Strategy Development: Work closely with clients to design tailored B-BBEE strategies that align with their business goals.
• Implementation & Monitoring: Support clients with the implementation of B-BBEE initiatives, track progress, and provide ongoing reports.
• Training & Capacity Building: Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance clients' understanding of B-BBEE principles, policies, and procedures.
• Risk Management: Identify potential B-BBEE-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring clients maintain compliance and safeguard their reputation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison with clients' key stakeholders, including management, employees, suppliers, and community organizations.
• Research & Development: Keep up-to-date with changes in B-BBEE laws, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continually improve advisory services.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B-BBEE advisory, consulting, or a related role.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the B-BBEE Act, Codes of Good Practice, and associated regulations.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities.
• Certifications: B-BBEE certification or related professional designation (e.g., B-BBEE Practitioner, B-BBEE Analyst).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a related field: Experience in transformation, diversity, equity, or inclusion-related fields.
• Professional memberships: Membership in professional organizations like the B-BBEE Professionals Association.
