Our client, a Property Investment company, is seeking a BCOM graduate to join their team and become a Property Manager.Reports To: Senior Property ManagerJob Overview The ideal candidate will have a BCom degree and a passion for real estate and property management.

• Assist in the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Handle tenant communications, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Support lease administration, including preparing lease agreements and processing renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of property activities and financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (BCom) or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of property management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience or internship in property management or real estate (advantageous but not required).
• Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
