BEAUTY-SPA MANAGER with relevant Beauty Therapy qualificationTYGERVALLEY, Bellville - Western Cape (ZA)Starting Date: A.S.A.PTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 18:00
• 1x long weekend off per month (Sat, Sun & Mon) + additional week days off

Reports to: OwnerREMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R12,000 - R18,000 Basic per month (BOE & BOS)
• Personal commission on services & retail where applicable

QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | ESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED: * Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable

• Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write)
• BONUS - Afrikaans (understand, not necessarily speak)
• Certification from a recognized Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management
• City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP
• BONUS - Cruise Ship employment experience
• BONUS - Hair Salon experience
• At least 3 years experience in an Assistant Manager OR Manager capacity
• Previous employment in a luxury establishment / hotel or cruise ship spa essential
• Computer literate and confident (ESP experience beneficial)
• Able to train employees on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
• Able to lead and develop employees and services
• Knowledge of spa procedures and ability to perform them where operationally required
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs
• Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
• Able to assist with ad-hoc duties in other departments of the property if operationally required by management
• Comfortable performing spa & beauty therapies when operationally / ad-hoc required
