Kern doel van die pos:Verhoog die winsgewendheid van OVK Groep en beperk risiko's deur voldoende kontroles, maatrexc3xabls en beplanning t.o.v. die silo bedryfsafdeling.Vereistes:
- Toepaslike B.Graad of Diploma in Landbou;
- 5 jaar bestuursondervinding;
- Graan agtergrond sal tot voordeel strek;
- Geldige rybewys.
- Goeie menseverhoudings;
- Interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Goeie kommunikasie vaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Konflikhantering vaardighede;
- Onderhandelingsvaardighede;
- Gemotiveerd;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Begrotingsbestuur kennis;
- Leierskap vaardighede;
- Gedissiplineerd;
- Gemotiveerd.
- Effektiewe bestuur van bedryfsaktiwiteite;
- Bestuur van personeel;
- Bestuur van risiko's;
- Bestuur van finansies
- Appropriate a B.Degree or Diploma in Agriculture;
- 5 years'management experience;
- Experience in grain environment will be beneficial;
- Valid drivers license.
- Excellent people relationships;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Able to handle conflict;
- Negotiation skills;
- Motivated;
